About The Photographer
My name is Lynda Graveline and I am the face behind L Graveline Photography. Photography started as a passion for me in high school and turned into a career shortly after graduating from the Photography program at Algonquin College. After dabbling in a few different kinds of photography I decided to specialize in pet and commercial photography. I truly love capturing the bond between animals and their owners and capturing the soul in their eyes.

Today I am still a perfectionist when it comes to photos. No photo is worthy unless it is crystal clear, has good lighting, and most importantly – captures an emotion. I don’t want to just ‘take photos of pets’, I want to capture their emotions, their being, their ‘dog-ness’ (or cat-ness, or whatever they may be). True pet lovers will understand this, when your pet is no longer with you, it’s not ‘just’ a photo. It’s an image captured in time that will always bring you back to that moment whenever you look at it. I want to capture that moment of your pet exactly how you imagined them.
If you check out the blog you'll see my own pets quite often. Currently I have Bentley the Australian Cattle Dog, Nikon the Border Collie, and my kitties, Kirby and Kittimus Maximus. Most of them were rescues at one point or another. We enjoy dog competitive dog sports, long hikes, romps with friends and cuddles on the couch (Though Kirby only partakes in the cuddles on the couch part, she's not much for the outdoors).
